Michael Winestone brings a rare combination of strategic vision, construction expertise, and personal passion to his role as Vice President of Fassberg, a premier general contracting firm with over 40 years of legacy in Southern California. With a career grounded in real estate and a sharp eye for market positioning, Michael plays a key role in shaping Fassberg’s direction — from large-scale multifamily developments to the firm’s expansion into high-end single-family residences.
His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of how to build — not just structures, but brands, partnerships, and enduring trust. He’s been instrumental in launching Fassberg ONE, the company’s bespoke single-family home division, where luxury design and operational excellence converge to deliver homes of community significance and lasting value.
Beyond the job site, Michael is a licensed private pilot — a passion that mirrors his professional mindset: precise, forward-thinking, and always looking ahead. He often integrates aviation into his business, leveraging it as both a tool and a metaphor for the elevated standards he upholds.

Sean Pedersen

Sean Pedersen is the President of Fassberg and Co-Founder/Partner of Fassberg One, where he leads with a builder’s mindset, a competitor’s drive, and over a decade of hands-on construction expertise. Under his leadership, Fassberg has continued to evolve as one of Southern California’s most respected general contractors, known for its technical excellence, integrity, and high-end execution across multifamily, mixed-use, and custom residential projects.
Sean’s journey in construction began early and was shaped by a boots-on-the-ground work ethic. From framing homes to running complex job sites, he knows every layer of the building process — and that knowledge fuels his ability to lead with precision and empathy. Today, he oversees operations, quality control, and team development, while guiding projects that range from ground-up developments to luxury custom homes.
Sean earned his degree at the prestigious Pepperdine University, where he also played Division I volleyball. His time as a student-athlete instilled the discipline, teamwork, and competitive edge that continue to drive him today — on and off the job site.
